Unlike other companies, we don’t require you to register an account with us before making a purchase. We like to be extremely transparent with our pricing and our policies, so we keep everything in the open. However, if you do register during your purchase you can easily track your orders and shipping.

We don’t provide finacing, but we’ve partnered with a company named Behalf to offer finacing to our customers. If you want more details, clicking here

We ship orders within 1-3 days during normal business hours Mon-Friday 10am-5pm. We ship either UPS or USPS ground services that typically takes 2-5 days.

We know that issues can arise: sometimes orders are short shipped, merchandise is broken, defective or the wrong product is sent. Even though we do our best to minimize these problems, they do occur.  When this happens, visit our contact us page choose the best option to contact us for you.

H&J Closeouts will accept a return no later than the 14 days from the date of shipment. Our policy is as followed

• Items must be in original condition
• You’re responsible for shipping the inventory back to our wearhouse
• Please note returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Yes, we drop ship and will ship your packages blind so no one will ever know you used H&J Closeouts. Our return and shipping policies still apply for drop shippers, so please read those policies to fully understand our shipping and return policy before drop shipping with us.
